How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you want from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Follow the steps in the checkout process, and once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it and send you a tracking number.

How do I receive orders for multiple items?
When you order multiple items, each item is usually shipped in a separate package to ensure efficient delivery.

Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your credit card details are only used to complete the transaction and are not stored afterward.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time is 8 to 10 working days within the United Kingdom.

What is the final order time?
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
